My wedding gift for Estrella and César was the promise of painting a fresco in a part of their home they have just finished renovating.
In late summer the fresco was finished.
The subject is the preparation of a party even if I also wanted to represent the cycle of the seasons:
The figure of the spring brings some flowers to the table but she also might be pregnant.
The summer opens the courtain so that the light can enter the room.
The autumn leaves some bottles of wine on the table and the winter is sitting and reading.
Even though it was an adventure for me to do it alone from the "arriccio" until the finishing touches "a secco", I enjoyed it and I learned in those "giornate".
